All trip bookings must be submitted and confirmed at least 30 days before your travel date. LeliqueNoir Travels does not accept last-minute or rush bookings. This policy ensures your advisor has adequate time to secure the best availability, pricing, and arrangements on your behalf. Applications received with fewer than 30 days to departure will not be processed.
Once a booking is confirmed and payment has been received, you have a 24-hour window from the time of confirmation to cancel and receive a full refund of any amounts paid directly to LeliqueNoir Travels. After this 24-hour window has passed, all sales are final and no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued. Supplier-side cancellation penalties (airlines, hotels, resorts) are governed by their own terms and are non-refundable regardless of timing.
After the 24-hour cancellation window closes, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. LeliqueNoir Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather events, or emergencies. We are happy to assist you in obtaining a travel insurance policy as part of your trip planning.
Travel arrangements are subject to supplier availability, pricing, and the terms provided with your final itinerary. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and booking is confirmed in writing by your advisor. LeliqueNoir Travels LLC acts as an independent travel agency and is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or disruptions caused by airlines, hotels, resorts, or other third-party suppliers. Please review all itinerary details carefully before authorizing payment.
